Payment
Payment options include VISA, Master Card, American Express, or Discover credit cards processed online in real time, invoicing for customers with approved terms, or you can submit an order and phone in your payment information to customer service at 877-334-7248. If you would like to set up terms you can submit an application for credit by downloading the application, Credit Application Form, filling it out and faxing it back to edisc online at 303-770-6636. As soon as we verify your payment we will process your order.
Sales Tax
Colorado state sales tax will automatically be applied to orders shipped within the state of Colorado. If you are a tax exempt entity, please enter your sales tax license number in the appropriate field and as soon as we verify your sales tax number we will process your order.
Shipping Information
We are proud of our prompt, efficient service. Shipments are sent via UPS. Please note that UPS requires a street address and please indicate if delivering to a residential address. Orders received and approved Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM Mountain Time will be shipped the same day, orders received and approved after 2:00 PM will ship next business day. Orders received and approved on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will be processed and shipped on the next business day. As soon as your order has shipped, we will notify you via e-mail with order tracking information; you will be able to track your order's arrival. All shipments are insured with UPS.
Please note: in certain instances, items may be out-of-stock. In such instances, we will notify you of any shipping delays so that you can choose to maintain your order status or cancel it.
Damaged Shipments
Inspect the shipping container(s) upon delivery. If damage is evident, have the UPS driver make note of the condition. Open your order immediately and check the contents against the enclosed invoice. Any claim for damaged or missing merchandise must be filed within five (5) days. Save the packaging in which the shipment arrived. Notify us at customerservice@edisc.com and we'll help you arrange return of the damaged merchandise.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the product purchased from edisc online, simply notify our Customer Service department via email at customerservice@edisc.com or call toll free 877-334-7248 within 15 days of the unsatisfactory product's invoice date to arrange for a return; you will need a return address and/or a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. If you are returning an item for a replacement, you will receive your replacement within five (5) business days after we receive your return. If you are requesting a refund, your credit card or account will be credited within five (5) business days after we receive your return. In any event, our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with our products and service.
Include your name, address, invoice/order number and phone number and we'll issue a prompt replacement or refund of the full purchase price, excluding shipping charges. edisc online reserves the right to request the return of the unused and/or unopened portion of edisc online products in your order prior to your refund. We may request the return of any possible defective product for evaluation.
To return an edisc online purchase:
1. Repackage the item using the original shipping materials. If the original shipping materials have been damaged, use strong and appropriate shipping materials to return the product to us.
2. Enclose the original packing receipt. Make sure you complete and enclose all necessary return information.
3. Insure and ship your package to the address we will send you via return e-mail. Contact us for shipping information at customerservice@edisc.com.
Refused Shipments
If you need to refuse a shipment, please notify our Customer Service Department by e-mail at customerservice@edisc.com. Please include your name, address, and telephone. We'll note your account and prepare a refund once the product has been received by us. Please note that ALL refused shipments will be assessed a 15% shipping and restocking fee. We will notify you by e-mail when the shipment has been received by us and your refund has been issued.

We believe in keeping your personal information private. Any information you provide online will only be used to improve your online experience with us, unless you specifically indicate otherwise. Your email address will not be sold or shared with any other company. We guarantee it.

We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
